Welcome to Farnborough Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website carhirefarnborough.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services

1. Farnborough Rental

All vehicle rentals booked through Farnborough are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or vehicle collection. This agreement contains terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement prevails.

2. Farnborough Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Farnborough, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (for Farnborough rentals, age requirements may differ by vehicle type, and additional charges may apply to drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Farnborough Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address and a payment card or other accepted payment method at the time of collection.

3. Booking and Payment — Farnborough

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Farnborough location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and security deposit are typically due at vehicle collection. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Farnborough Vehicle Collection and Return

You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection in Farnborough and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged to you.

5. Insurance and Liability — Farnborough

Basic third-party insurance is included with all rentals at Farnborough. Full coverage details and excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional insurance products may be offered to limit your financial exposure. Please review these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount specified in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

Farnborough's cancellation and amendment policies depend on the booking type and notice period. Consult your booking confirmation or the Rental Agreement for the applicable terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

7. Farnborough Restrictions

You must not use the rented vehicle in Farnborough for:

Any unlawful purpose or activity involving Farnborough vehicles or services. Racing, rallying, off-road use, or other hazardous driving activities. Transporting flammable, corrosive, toxic, or other hazardous materials. Sub-letting the vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorised drivers. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or other substances. Use of the vehicle for purposes beyond its intended design, such as unapproved commercial hire or carrying excessive loads.

Violating these restrictions at Farnborough may incur immediate rental termination and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Farnborough

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Farnborough Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months immediately before the claim.

9. Governing Law (Farnborough)

These Terms for Farnborough are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Farnborough

Farnborough may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on Farnborough’s website. Your continued use of Farnborough services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
